I TRIED A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BODY BUILDER! Recently, I have been so fascinated by trying other people’s daily routines…and from the looks of the views on my channel, it seems like YOU are enjoying these types of videos, too! I find that it’s so interesting to see how different jobs and lifestyles influence the flow of a person’s day. In this video, I show you what a full day of eating as a bodybuilder is like…(5 meals!)…and I even give you bodybuilder lunch recipes, bodybuilder breakfast recipes, bodybuilder dinner ideas, and bodybuilder snack ideas if you want to give this challenge a go! I also show you what a bodybuilder’s workout entails! A day in the life of a bodybuilder is much more complex than I thought it would be and takes a lot of prep work (I feel like I spent most of my day prepping food and eating, over and over again!). And after I ate like a bodybuilder for a day, I didn’t think I would be able to eat breakfast the next day…I was SO full going to sleep.
